VINEYARD

Rovellats cultivates 50 hectares of its own vineyards, all located less than 400 meters from the winery, following the château model. The vines are between 10 and 60 years old and produce about 7,000 kg per hectare, a figure much lower than the average for the Penedès. This low productivity guarantees excellent quality, since the old vines, with deep roots, ensure the natural balance of each vintage.

The commitment to sustainability is firm. All vineyards are certified as organic by the CCPAE. The estate purifies 100% of the water used and uses rainwater to reduce external consumption. The electrical energy comes largely from solar panels, with an energy saving of 55% and a 25% reduction in CO₂ emissions. The packaging and weight of the bottles have also been significantly reduced, in a clear commitment to more sustainable materials.

The project maintains a close relationship with the local community, creating stable employment throughout the year and strengthening the rural development of the area.
