Blend: 70% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo
Made from 40-year-old Macabeo vineyards, harvested by hand. A brief film maceration was performed at low temperature.
Serving temperature : 4ºC to 6ºC
Bright straw yellow color with light golden tones. Abundant and small bubble, with good vertical and regular detachment. Forms a good crown. Intense and clean aroma of aging on lees and fruity background, with spicy notes.
Very tasty with an elegant mouthfeel thanks to a balanced balance. Good persistence and wide retronasal with well-harmonized fruity and exotic tones, reminiscent of fresh apples.
Pairing: Salted snacks, rice, sautéed or grilled seasonal vegetables, Fish and Seafood, Stewed or roasted White Viandas.
