The Reserva tour is the ideal way to introduce yourself to the fascinating world of cava.
Rovellats is a family-owned winery located in the heart of Penedès, where we work with our own grapes and long aging processes.

At a depth of 12 meters, our radial cellar is unique in the world for its six-pointed star structure with a central roundabout.
