The Reserva visit is the ideal visit to introduce you to the fascinating world of cava and the world of Rovellats, a family winery in the heart of the Penedès.

At a depth of 12 meters, our radial cellar is unique in the world for its six-pointed star structure with a central roundabout. Rovellats cavas are made with their own grapes and following the traditional method.
