Customers will be natural or legal persons acting as consumers.
Customers who make purchases on cavarovellats.com must register and accept these conditions of purchase, so it is important that the customer reads these conditions before making a purchase.

The sale of alcoholic beverages of any degree to minors is prohibited.
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all items of Rovellats SA through the website www.cavarovellats.com to customers who purchase them within the Spanish territory.

Rovellats SA reserves the right to cancel a customer’s access account if it detects fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts in the use of the service.

4. HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the product you want from our web store, indicate the desired amount of product, and add it to your cart using the “add to cart” button. Then go to the shopping cart where you will find the selected product “SEE BASKET”. If you need to change the requested quantity of the same product, you can dial the desired number by clicking on “QUANTITY”.

5. DELIVERY TERMS AND PRICES
Deliveries are sent to the address provided by the customer within 72 working hours for deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.
If you have requested collection at the winery, it will be ready for delivery on the agreed day and time.
The customer will have a period of 72 hours from receipt of the goods to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that all products are included in the requested order.
An order will be considered delivered at the time the Customer signs the delivery receipt, after 72 hours , the shipment will be accepted and no claims for damage or related to the shipment will be accepted.
In the event of receiving a product damaged by transport, it must be indicated on the carrier’s delivery note, once the claim has been made, Rovellats SA will take care of collecting the defective product, proceeding to send a another equal product in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer, once he has received the damaged item back.
The prices of the products will be reflected in the online store with VAT included. Products that are not available through the website will not be priced or will appear with “PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE”.
