CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
1. PARTIES INVOLVED
These Purchase Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between Rovellats SA and the customer, relating to all transactions made in the online store of the company Rovellats SA
Customers will be natural or legal persons acting as consumers.
Customers who make purchases on cavarovellats.com must register and accept these conditions of purchase, so it is important that the customer reads these conditions before making a purchase.
It will be an indispensable requirement for customers, in the case of individuals, who are over 18 years of age.
2. EXCLUSIONS
The sale of alcoholic beverages of any degree to minors is prohibited.
3. SCOPE
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all items of Rovellats SA through the website www.cavarovellats.com to customers who purchase them within the Spanish territory.
These conditions are complemented by the “Privacy” of this same portal.
Rovellats SA reserves the right to cancel a customer’s access account if it detects fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts in the use of the service.
Rovellats SA informs you that it files the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized.
4. HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the product you want from our web store, indicate the desired amount of product, and add it to your cart using the “add to cart” button. Then go to the shopping cart where you will find the selected product “SEE BASKET”. If you need to change the requested quantity of the same product, you can dial the desired number by clicking on “QUANTITY”.
Once you have chosen the products and have them all in the basket, you can complete the purchase with the “FINISH PURCHASE” button.
If there is an offer, it will be duly identified and marked as such and the previous price and the price of the offer will be indicated.
In BILLING DETAILS, you must register by filling in your details and, if necessary, add a different delivery address to your billing address. You can review your order and then check the option of your preferred payment method.
After clicking “PLACE ORDER”, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.
The acquisition of the products through the activation of the “PLACE ORDER” button, expresses the total acceptance by the customer of these General Conditions prior to the acquisition of the products, without the applicable novelties being applied. may occur in the clauses of the general conditions later.
5. DELIVERY TERMS AND PRICES
Deliveries are sent to the address provided by the customer within 72 working hours for deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.
If you have requested collection at the winery, it will be ready for delivery on the agreed day and time.
The customer will have a period of 72 hours from receipt of the goods to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that all products are included in the requested order.
An order will be considered delivered at the time the Customer signs the delivery receipt, after 72 hours , the shipment will be accepted and no claims for damage or related to the shipment will be accepted.
In the event of receiving a product damaged by transport, it must be indicated on the carrier’s delivery note, once the claim has been made, Rovellats SA will take care of collecting the defective product, proceeding to send a another equal product in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer, once he has received the damaged item back.
The prices of the products will be reflected in the online store with VAT included. Products that are not available through the website will not be priced or will appear with “PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE”. They can consult via email rovellats@cavarovellats.com and, if they wish to purchase, they will indicate the purchase process to follow.
Non-compliance with the delivery deadline will be considered to be caused by the absence or change of address of the interested party, unknown recipient or address, non-payment of postage, advances or refunds, closing for holidays, late deliveries on second attempt at delivery, causes of force majeure or fortuitous event or others not attributable to the carrier. Likewise, it is exempt from liability in cases of non-compliance with the delivery deadline for shipments to the Balearic Islands or international shipments due to causes other than the carrier (delays of airlines, seafarers, carriers, loading and / or unloading … ).
6. SHIPPING COSTS
The corresponding shipping costs are included in the order.
The minimum order will be 6 bottles (1 box), and the price always includes shipping.
7. WITHDRAWAL.
According to the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), customers will have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify this decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, you must meet the conditions set out in the withdrawal form (see below) and send it to the following e-mail address: rovellats@cavarovellats.com , specifying in the subject RETURN followed by the order number.
Withdrawal has no cost to the customer, Rovellats SA will refund the corresponding amount, including shipping costs corresponding to the initial delivery without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form. The refund will be the same as the initial payment was received. However, Rovellats, SA may stop the refund until it receives the goods.
The customer will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of a manipulation of the same other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

8. RETURNS
Once the withdrawal form has been received, the Rovellats SA team will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours to give instructions on how to make the return.
Once the goods have been received and it has been verified that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the amount, which will be made with the same form of payment with which it was paid. The refund will include the full amount of the payment received, including shipping costs if any, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the election for your part of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of delivery we offer.
9. FORM OF PAYMENT AND SECURE PAYMENT GUARANTEE.
Once the Customer has confirmed the purchase of the product, he must proceed to pay the amount indicated. Purchases can be paid for by any of the following means:

Orders will remain active for 7 NATURAL DAYS, after this period, if payment has not been confirmed, we will cancel the order automatically.
In any case, the choice of the means of payment is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided when filling out the contract forms, avoiding damage to Rovellats, SA resulting from incorrect data.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Rovellats, SA will process the data provided by the customer in accordance with the Privacy Policy which can be consulted on the link on our website.

Additional information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
According to the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), customers will have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify this decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days from the formalization of the service contract. Withdrawal has no cost to the customer, Rovellats, SA will reimburse the corresponding amount, including management fees for registration without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form. The refund will be the same as the initial payment was received.
In the event of transport costs arising from the return of the product, they must be borne by the SUPPLIER as long as the return is purely due to the right of withdrawal and not to a lack of conformity of the product.
