40% of the grapes were rinsed at the time of smallpox to obtain a production with the greatest possible concentration. After a 15-day maceration, it rests in a stainless steel tank until bottling in January 2023

Service temperature: from 11o to 13oC

Blend : 100% Grenache in its pure state, without aging in wood.

Conservation : Without contact with light, at a stable and cool temperature, around 15º.

Tasting Note : Vivid and bright cherry red color with medium layer and good tears. It has a great aromatic intensity, where they are good

present the red fruits and also spicy notes of fennel.

In the mouth it is firm and gentle at the same time, predominating blackberry and wild strawberry. The tannins typical of the variety give it a sweet, velvety and persistent palate.

Pairing : Garlic ham and sausages, grilled meats and vegetables, roast beef, mashed potatoes and all kinds of mushrooms, even morels with foie. Cheese dessert, bitter chocolate with cherry or candied orange.

Limited production in 75 cl bottles.
