CAVA SPRING-Essència Rovellats: 3 tapas, 3 cavas
During the visit you will discover our modernist winery , a true architectural treasure that fuses the past with modernity. You will walk through the most emblematic spaces of the winery, where each corner hides a unique story linked to our centuries-old tradition in the production of cavas .
Afterwards, you can enjoy three tapas paired with three different cavas. Each tasting will allow you to savor a little piece of Rovellats and discover new nuances and combinations.
A perfect experience to share, connect with tradition and let yourself be carried away by the flavors that define us.
- Welcome drink before starting the visit.
- Station 1 – Sea and mountain rice , paired with our Reserva Imperial Brut
- Station 2 – Cheeses and cold cuts with seasonal fruit , paired with our Reserva Cuvée Especial Brut Nature
- Station 3 – Earth: hummus, potato omelette cubes, caprese-style skewer… paired with our Reserva Imperial Rosé Brut
- Special dessert to end the event.

Cantavins in Rovellats

CantaVins Rovellats : Tasting, singing and toasting.
An experience that combines tasting with the pleasure of singing together.
Cantavins is a unique wine tourism experience that combines cava, music and tradition. A participatory format where the audience learns and sings while tasting Rovellats cavas specially selected to accompany each of the songs. The experience is completed with a small aperitif from KM0.
What does the activity include:
1. Welcome and visit to the cellars.
2. Pairing dynamics: introduction of the song while tasting the cava chosen to accompany it.
3. Gastronomy: the experience is paired with cold cuts and cheeses.
Esteve Nabona, a musician and choir director with a wide career, trained at the Conservatory of Music in Barcelona, has carried out an outstanding work as a director and pedagogue at the Orfeó Català-Palau de la Música Foundation for over twenty years. He currently directs projects such as the Scherzo Women’s Choir and the Cambra 16 Vocal Ensemble.
Also passionate about the world of vineyards and wine, in recent years he has delved deeper into the relationship between music and oenology, creating the ViBracions project, which offers sensory experiences that merge both disciplines.

Vertical Tasting Masia SXV
Vertical tasting of Masia S.XV – Date: June 27 – Time: 11.30 a.m.
The 15th century Masia is an emblematic building in Rovellats and for this reason, one of our best cavas is named after it. Dive into a unique experience in the heart of Rovellats with a vertical tasting of our most special cava.
In an incomparable setting, we propose a journey through time. This building, with more than five centuries of history, symbolizes the origin and soul of our project, passed down from generation to generation.
The vertical tasting will allow you to discover the evolution of the same cava through different moments in its life. During the experience you will taste three old vintages, which show the complexity and elegance that the passage of time brings; the current vintage in progress, an expression of freshness and balance; and a sample in full aging, which reveals the beginning of this fascinating process.
An exceptional opportunity to understand how time, land and patience shape each bottle, and to connect with the most authentic essence of Rovellats.
The experience includes an appetizer of cheeses, cold cuts and bread with tomato.
