The activity will begin in the modernist gardens of Rovellats, where we will visit two historic buildings, one 15th century farmhouse and a family chapel, and we will explain the process of making wine and cava. We will go down to the radial cellar, located 12 m underground and unique in the world for its star shape.
When we go up, we will have a glass of cava in the garden and see live how the calçots are made.
We will start with an appetizer that includes: bread with tomato and extra virgin olive oil with Km 0 sausage. We will continue with the calçotada on foot and sit down to eat the grilled meat. We will finish with some homemade desserts and coffee.
*Includes water and a bottle of wine/cava for every 2 people.
