Visit and taste Rovellats with our most emblematic cavas paired with 4 artisan cheeses.
The visit will begin in our vineyard, right in front of our winery we have more than 50ha and we will explain how we work them in Rovellats.
We will continue with the historical part, we will visit a 15th century farmhouse and a family chapel.
Next, we will continue with the explanation of how wines and cavas are made at home, and we will go down to our radial cellar located 12m underground (it is a radial cellar unique in the world due to its original six-pointed star structure and a central rotunda)
After explaining the cava production process, we will do an ARTISANAL DISGORGING of a Gran Reserva cava with more than 36 months of aging and taste it.
After the disgorging, there is a short video that summarizes the essence of Rovellats.

We will pair 4 Gran Reserva cavas with 4 artisanal cheeses from Km0.
Duration of the visit, disgorging and tasting : 2.5 hours approx.
Price: €46 per person *Groups of minimum 2 adults (or equivalent payment).
Minors : €13 (includes 1 soft drink and tasting of 4 cheeses)

Option to take the PRIVATE visit with a supplement of €19/person.
