CHRISTMAS SINGERS IN CAVA ROVELLATS

The experience will begin in the modernist garden, where we will explain our beginnings and visit two historic buildings (a 15th century farmhouse and a family chapel).

We will continue with the process of making our wines and sparkling wines, where we will visit our radial cellar located 12m underground (it is a radial cellar unique in the world due to its original six-pointed star structure and a central rotunda)

We will continue with the Cantavins de Nadal , a unique wine tourism experience that combines cava, music and Christmas tradition . A participatory format where the public learns and sings carols while tasting Rovellats cavas specially selected to accompany each of the songs. The experience is completed with neules and nougats , in a festive and shared atmosphere.

The tasting includes 3 long-aged cavas that we will pair with the songs that Esteve Nabona will offer us. Musician and choir director with a long career, known for his leadership in important projects and for his contribution to the world of music in various disciplines.
