Organoleptic characteristics : Bright straw yellow color with light golden tones. Abundant and small bubble, with good vertical and regular detachment. Intense and clean aroma with a fruity background. Very tasty with an elegant mouthfeel thanks to a balanced balance.
Pairing : It goes well with fish and seafood, as well as cooked or roasted white meats.
