Good Iberian ham is one of the most exquisite and delicate products that pairs perfectly with a good cava. That slightly greasy feeling that the ham leaves on your palate is offset by the fresh and balanced acidity of a quality cava, and invites you to continue enjoying this unique product in the world.
If you want to know more about the different types of Iberian ham that we find on the market, sign up for this workshop led by Sandra Farré, director of the distribution company Trejo, dedicated to the world of Iberian ham for more than 40 years . She will teach us how to distinguish and savor this exquisite product.
We will taste 4 different types of ham, and 4 types of Rusty Cava, you will be the one to decide which goes best with which.
Before the workshop we will give you a short visit to our cellar and the way we make our quality sparkling wines.
