Tasting note : It has a bright straw yellow color. Abundant bubble of small size, with vertical and regular detachment, forms a good crown. With subtle aromas, dry and tasty, with an elegant mouthfeel thanks to an achieved harmony. Good persistence and broad retro-nasal route with well-harmonized fruit tones.
