Apellation of Origin: Penedès
With a good degree of sugar concentration and balanced acidity that resulted in a fresh and aromatic wine that maintains a larger body than the one usually made in its area of origin.
Blend : 45% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo, 20% Parellada
Organoleptic characteristics : Pale golden color with green edges. Very elegant aroma that evokes tropical fruits with a light touch of rosemary and orange honey. On the palate it is fresh on the palate, but it immediately shows its character with a discreet vinosity that leads to a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing: As an aperitif, to accompany seafood salads, from green beans, asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, white cream and, of course, white fish and crustaceans.
