Organoleptic characteristics : Straw yellow color with bright golden tones. Abundant bubble very small and persistent, with regular detachment. Good crown and pearl. Very clean and powerful, although fine on the nose. Aromas of long aging on pots with fruit backgrounds and floral notes, reminiscent of fresh apples and almond blossoms. In the mouth it is very balanced, intense in flavors and round, of moderate acidity and with good persistence. Well-structured, dry, tasty and smooth, with an elegant and long finish, perfectly combining aromas of fruit and aging. Broad, powerful and complex retronasal route.
Pairing : Its marked personality makes it suitable to accompany all food, as it is a Gran Reserva complex capable of providing the ideal complement for a wide range of cuisine, even as a refreshing counterpoint to complex meat dishes and hunting. Perfect with fatty fish, pâtés and cooked or roasted white meats.
