Blend : 100% Grenache

Organoleptic characteristics : It has a pale and delicate pink color. It has a small and persistent bubble with a fine rosette, vertical detachment and a very good crown. Intense and clean aroma of aging on fruit pods and bottoms, reminiscent of berries, with great aroma complexity. Llaminer, harmonious, complex and elegant, resulting in a very attractive and wide retronasal route.

Pairing : It goes well with starters such as melon with ham and appetizers. Also fatty sausages with bread with tomato, cod with ratatouille or duck breast with blueberry jam. Also suitable as an aperitif and with some bitter dark chocolate desserts.
