Exclusively from own vineyards harvested by hand.
Blend : 36% Macabeo, 50% Xarel·lo, 9% Parellada and 5% Chardonnay. A perfect blend was achieved between the traditional varieties -which give it elegance- and the Chardonnay, which gives it a fruity touch, enhances the aromas and rounds off the bouquet.

Organoleptic characteristics : Bright pale straw yellow color. Tiny, abundant bubble with a very fine, regular and persistent rosary. Very clean, powerful and classic on the nose. Fine aromas of long aging, on a background with fruit background, with delicate notes of pastries and reminiscences of certain smoky and toasty touches. Tasty and soft on the palate, very balanced and intense in flavors. It is elegant and light but full-bodied, which provides a very balanced acidity. Broad and complex retronasal route.
Pairing : Excellent as an aperitif and for sunbathing, due to its distinguished personality. In addition, it combines well with foie gras, white fish, soft smoked fish, carpaccios, roast beef and poultry.
