Rovellats re-accreditated with the 2023 Biosphere Certification

Rovellats received, this past Thursday, March 2nd, at the Cava Interpretation Center in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the re-accreditation of the Biosphere certification, a badge that highlights Rovellats in its commitment to quality and tourism sustainability. This is a recognition of Rovellats’ contribution to sustainability and respect for the territory, with a special mention to the Consorci de Promoció Turística del Penedès, which has been the territorial managing body of the Biosphere Commitment since 2017.

This commitment aims to extend the culture of sustainable tourism to companies, tourist services and destinations in our Penedès territory. This year, at Cava Rovellats we have continued to work hard to apply the different manuals and guarantee compliance with the methodology for this quality and sustainability. Our motto, since 1920, has always been: cava, the land, the people .
